Banchory Festival is over for another year! It was a great day with many special musical memories for both competitors, adjudicators and members of the audience. The committee would like to give a huge thank you to our adjudicators for the day, husband and wife Wayne Robertson and Claire Telford. The Festival took place on Saturday 13th May in The Burnett Arms Hotel and Banchory West Church Hall. Our adjudicators were husband and wife team Neil Copland and Maureen Rutherford. They had a very long and busy day adjudicating and we appreciated their positive and encouraging comments to the competitors. Just a friendly reminder about the festival raffle tickets. Raffle money and completed stubs can be returned at the next two Thursday practices, or on the day of the festival (13th May) (until 5pm). If you would like more tickets to sell, these are available on Thursday practices. Thanks for your support.
Next Thursday, 23rd March, will be the last practice before the Easter holidays. We will be handing out raffle tickets on the 23rd for members to sell in aid of the Festival so please look out for these. Practices will resume on Thursday 20th April.
